A nice change of pace

This film moves at a slow pace, only once you 'slow down' and go with it will you begin to enjoy it. And enjoy it I did: It is beautifully shot with an 8mm so you get that natural and grainy effect, the story holds together well, even though there is not dialogue and the plot is conveyed through the lyrics of the songs on Greendale and it ends with an uplifting and inspiring message: that we can and should rise above all our dailly issues and problems and get involved in someting larger than ourselves, such as saving the earth, or 'mother earth'! This is one message, there are other, including an interesting take on the Devil as one who makes things happen and creates movement, necessary changes rather than the purely evil Devil we are used to seeing etc... Well done, Neil and keep on rocking!!!
