She seem kinda young, didn't she?

She was portraying a 14 year old, which her face did match, but according to this link, in 2005, she was age 20, so that in making the movie in 2002, she would have been age 17 during production...a quandry how it passed by all the US censors...
I believe the laws about nudity in Chile at age 17 are different than here in the states.

In Chile, laws about nudity at any age under 18 are very strict anyway... It's a very serious country in those matters (I'm chilean)... I don't know what happened here

I assume she was at least 18, but it hardly matters. Nudity is not pornography. I suppose you'd get in trouble in some countries for showing an actor/actress of under 18 years of age in certain sexual situations, but that is the filmmaker's problem. No one ever got arrested for WATCHING a LEGITIMATE movie in a theater or on DVD.
Different countries have different laws. Next door in Argentine, I've seen stores openly selling underage Traci Lords porno movies. And mores change over time to--some underage actresses that people still wring their hands about are fifty years old today and aren't complaining about having been "exploited" as teenagers.
Besides, if you took a line-up of nude women, some of them 18 and some of them 17 (or even younger), it would be about impossible to tell them apart. Sometimes what you don't really WON'T hurt you. So why do people CONSTANTLY obsess about this?
