This is a very good examination of the film industry's response to and portrayal of the holocaust. It begins with the relationship the industry had with Europe in the 30s and looks at films dealing with Nazis before and after Pearl Harbor and then after the war until the time of the documentary(I think 2004). I didn't think it was pointing any fingers or even coming to any conclusions on the subject.
What I find most interesting is there is something to be learned about human behavior in response to trauma from our willingness to share, produce films/TV, and watch these stories. It could very well take another 60 years before we can get a better handle on the issue.
