Question about one of the additional voices...

There was a particular voice belonging to the civilians of LA.... the guy said stuff like
"that's it, i'm calling the senator!"
"watch it buddy i can hold my own!"
"this place has really gone to hell lately"
He also did the voice of the southside ripper (one of the crimes that pops up)

He sounds realllly familiar... who is it?? It's driving me nuts, much like a steering wheel protruding from the zipper of a pirate.

Ask Activision. They might know.

I don't know the exact name of the guy but he sounds exactly like Phil Hartman but he died in like 2001 or something.

reply

It's the guy that does the voice of Cosmo from Nickelodean's cartoon "Fairly Oddparents".

"My name is Jim, but most people call me... Jim"- Jim "The Waco Kid" (Blazing Saddles)

Yeah, scary thing is that when I have to fight the prostitutes, I managed to ID that it was Debi Mae West (Meryl from Metal Gear Solid 1). Scary.

The second I heard that voice, the name that popped into my head was Phil Hartman.
