MAJOR Glitch or a huge blessing!

During the "Cruising for Lead" section of my game, I came across a gold bone in on of the parking lot. Now I had already collected ALL of the bones before, saved the game and have the Snoop Dog unlock, so to see this bone again was really odd. I eventually collect the bone again and this is when my game went crazy. My number of badges went from 30 to 5589! Yes it did! So of course I did a mission so I could save it and now I 5589 badges and 20 good guy points. Like I said I collected all the bones, so is there a bonus bone to the game? Note* I would also like to note that my cd has some scatches and its been hard to play the game without it freezing or part of the street is going into the ocean. Does anyone else game does this?
