Any chances for Best Foreign Picture Oscar?

What are the chances of it being considered for Best Foreign Picture Oscar in the upcoming awards? Seeing as in most countries it opened in 2005?

Greece submitted the movie in fall 2004 to compete for the 2005 Oscars. However, it didn't make the Top 5 to get a nomination. It was a nice movie, but not really Oscar-worthy. That year, the winner should have been "Nobody Knows" from Japan (which also failed to get nominated).
