Total rip-off of 'Yomigaeri'?

I haven't seen this movie, but the idea seems exactly the same than in a japanese film called "Yomigaeri". Confirmation of someone who may have watched both?

Only in the broadest sense are the two films similar -- they both deal with the dead come back to life. But the scope and themes of the two films are totally different. Perhaps you should actually see a film first before accusing someone of a "total ripoff."

The show's entire premise was stolen from a 2002 japanese film called Yomigaeri.
