I actually want this question answered myself! Very, very good movie in my opinion.

Because she knew he would otherwise kill her.
Also she wanted an equal revenge on them for being bound to share their father.

Because she was a lot more like Mike than she was like John. She's as nuts as her father. BTW - as soon as she said she was a trucker, I had a guess at the ending. Perfect cover job.

I agree. When she said she was a long haul trucker and then I saw all the duct tape in her cupboard.....it was my ah-ha moment.
