Today marks an occasion that shall be remembered. Today was the day these sacred clubs were born, and their respected IMDb leaders marching on into the sunset.

First off, is everyone here? Good.

We shall tackle these issues before us, and help clean up the message board for users all.

Some things to be addressed today:

Clubs merging.

Deleting clubs.

One official thread.

R-E-S-P-E-C-T!

So who wants to start with their opening statement, idea, or thought?

It doesn't seem like the clubs are being that well received...i like the idea, but are we trying to become mods?

first off, I think that we need to keep the club threads alive, and have them be less spammy

I think once more people have signed up, the less people will think of this as a plot to annoy the hell out of them.

With that being said, I think each club to stick to one official thread to avoid clogging the board.

so like we can have offical threads for people to talk about the different theories, and have a database of who thinks what.

On the respect level, if we're going to try to be legit, should we maybe stop attacking each other over who's idea is best? it's funny, yeah, but others aren't going to take us seriously and the boards are going to keep getting out of control.

I also think maybe there should be one thread for what we know, and each of our individual threads be for that brand of speculation?

Maybe have an hourly update on what we've learned so we avoid all the same comments over and over from newbies?

Where has Van disappeard to?

Anyway, I think each thread could be named something along the lines of "Official Giant Worm Club Thread".

It can contain the president's thoughts, as well as the listed followers in each group.

agree with pikachu also in the thread that lists the clubs, it can have links to the offical threads for each club

i think having the clubs listed on top with links to our thoughts, what we know, etc is a fantastic idea. makes it a lot easier to get info.

Maybe we could have separate threads for people who just want to piss around?

I think that the clubs should just start new threads altogether, seeing as how spammy they were.

Maybe it's too much work, i'm just throwing it out there, but what if we each set up a blog for our club independent of imdb so we can have everything in one place at one time for our specific theories? then we wouldn't have to chase threads around the board.

i'm new at this, so you can scoff at me if you'd like.

well I thought of that too, but then we wouldn't have as many people posting, you know. I've been on the other independent ones, and they are pretty much dead. Unless we keep Pikachu's original thread alive. If you do that, it could possibly work. I'd still rather keep it on IMDB though

What if we kept the links to our blogs up top through the main thread as much as possible? i dunno, i haven't been on the imdb boards for long, so i'm really just asking out of curiosity.
