I can't wait...
I'm a big fan of the Moog, analog synths, and Bob Moog (and have a big collection of LP records featuring the Moog). The DVD instantly gets a buy from me when it comes out... oh yeah, dying to see this!

shareWhy wait for the DVD? If you're dying to see it, then see it in a theater. I plan on attending any local showing of this film.
shareany word on who's showing it where & when yet?
"this thing can deep-fry an entire cow in 60 seconds!"
"60 seconds? but i want it now!"
It's now on DVD....
shareI finally did end up getting it on DVD, and (like many) was a bit disappointed in the rather narrow focus... it just seems to try & satisfy everyone and ends up satisfying nobody. Personally I would have liked a lot more archival footage (like that Schaefer commercial -- yummy)... could have watched an entire two hours with nothing but stuff like that.
Given that Bob Moog passed away recently however, it does stand as a nice testament to him, personally -- so I'm not really complaining.
I just saw this on Showtime... it was amazing. I don't play keys regularly, but I have a lot of respect for that aspect of music.
Live music is great, but as a part-time musician I find that the personal ideals you find while listening to or making music is the most important to someone who really 'hears' music, rather than just listening to it.
