When Beatrix was getting married in the beginning, did her groom-to-be think that she was carrying his baby? Or did he know it was another man's baby? Bill didn't seem to know that it was his.

Bill knew it was his. He just didn't care. And the Groom knew that it was the baby of some other guy. He didn't care either.

Really? I don't think he would've shot her if he knew it was his baby. He asked her at the end, "why did you run away with my baby?" as if it hurt him.

Bill didn't know it was his baby. The Bride told him right as he shot her in the head. She ran away when she discovered she was pregnant.

As for the other dude, he either knew and didn't care or thought it was his. It's never really revealed.

Apart of me thinks he knew it wasn't his. I feel like they would have had to have sex very early on in their relationship in order for the timing to work. Which is a possibility but still...

She wasn't getting married. It wasn't a wedding, it was a wedding REHEARSAL. Did you even watch the movie(s)?

You don't have a wedding rehearsal unless you're going to have an actual wedding within the next few days. Did you even get a brain when you were assembled at the retard factory?

On topic: In reference to Beatrix already being extremely pregnant, Bill comments that her fiancé "didn't waste any time." IMO that's a huge hint that Bill at least suspects it might be his.
