Halfway through, I am asking, "Okay, who's in love with Elton John?" I find out he is in love with himself, obviously. I should have known he was a producer of this film.
He did a good job of creating history, tying his name to William Shakespeare's with this parody. Can John get any more famous?

It's not as if this is the first film he's been a part of. He's an artistic and creative man, and God knows he has enough money to dabble in whatever he chooses. I really liked this movie. It was fun and entertaining.

Elton provided the music and (some) of the cash and got a producer credit,but it was Furnish that did the work.
