Howard's Map

Early in the film, Howard is driving a rented Jeep through the Great Basin somewhere, and he calls his mother. She asks, "where are you?" Howard is looking at a map, and says "I'm not sure, but I think I'm in Utah, near the Nevada border."

Howard is really lost, as his map is displaying southwestern Nebraska, at the north-east corner of Colorado.
