If you're in Los Angeles, this is currently playing at the Dali show at LACMA.
Indeed it is. I only discovered this movie yesterday (quite shocking as i'm a huge Academy Awards buff and even bigger Dali adorer, and don't have any prior knowledge of its existence) when i attended the LACMA Dali Exhibit. The exhibit itself is wonderful, but the jewel was the discovery and presentation of this beautiful moving brilliant film. I cannot WAIT to get this on DVD.
They also play the dream sequnces from Hitchcocks "Spellbound" and they are entirely fascinating as well.
Completely agreed on all counts. Just saw the exhibit Thursday. It was sold out through Sunday though (the last day) so I don't know if anyone else will be able to get in. Very enjoyable :-).
Anyone know where you can get it on DVD? I tried getting on Amazon and a few other places but couldn't find it.
