Well I was looking for it EVERYWHERE and so I went on Amazon.com and found:

I saw a release date today of 11/11/2008 in the next wave of Walt Disney Treasures

I purchased the DVD of DESTINO today at The Dali Museum Store at One Dali Blvd., St. Petersburg, Florida 33701. It contains the film and the documentary "Dali and Disney: A Date with Destiny." The price in the store is $26.00.

Alternatively, both the film and the documentary are bonus features on the Disney Blu-Ray/DVD release of FANTASIA/FANTASIA 2000. They are on the FANTASIA 2000 Blu-Ray.
