I just picked all three of these film up. I saw the original years ago--and vaguely remember it (which is why I bought all three now---I remember thinking it was intriguing). Should I start with Zero...then go on to 1 and 2 or should i watch them in the order they were made?

It's definitely best to watch them in the correct order. There are some neat throwbacks to the previous films that you will miss otherwise, and the story is explained more in Cube Zero so you wouldn't appreciate the isolation and madness in Cube as much

shareDefinitively watch them in the order in which they were made. It doesn't really matter whether you watch Cube Zero or Hypercube first (both these movies suck) but you must see Cube first, otherwise you'd miss part of it's genius that is defined by having no idea at all what the hell it is all about. If you know purpose of the Cube before watching Cube, it will completely ruin the experience.
shareI saw the original "CUBE" ages ago. I remember it but vaguely. As the original poster I was wondering if I should watch it over (with the sequel/prequel) in numeric or production order. I have no problem watching them in the order made. I've had them for weeks now and still have not gotten to them yet. Ha! Too many other things to watch first. Thanks for the input.
shareWell, if you remember something, you won't mess up if you watch them in the numeric order but if you've almost forgotten them, I suggest you watch Cube first as watching Cube Zero (at any point) destroys the mysterious mood of Cube and it would sure be shame to ruin the movie before watching it.

shareI have now seen the whole CUBE series...1,2 then 0. But have heard that they are making CUBE 3D either as a sequel or a reboot. That will be interesting. (Maybe)

Eh... I actually don't remember it that well---sort of a primitive version of part 1. But, the others were right. It should be viewed AFTER Part 1 because it gives Part 1's surprise away.
