question about Cube and Cube Zero exits

Sorry if this has been asked or if i'm not making sense but if Kazan ended up in the "white room" in Cube, wouldn't he have to answer questions about God, etc? Since we see in Cube Zero that the true exit is through water, something else must have happened to Kazan. Am i the only one thinking this?

This was a prequel, and all three cubes in all three movies are different.

So yes, what applied to Kazaan in Cube is different than Wynn in Cube Zero.
