What is Paul Adelstein's role in this movie?

Seriously this movie can't be that bad if it has Paul Adelstein in it I mean watch his role in Prison Break and tell me he's a bad actor. I'll bet in this movie he outclasses everyone in terms of acting but what was his role in this film because I haven't seen it since it first came out?

I figured. Just saw the film it was ok he wasn't that funny in this, not bad or anything, just not that good.
