Is this based on the novels from the A-List collection?

Yeah the A-List books have a COMPLETELY different set of character names...Anna Cabot Percy, Samantha Sharpe, Dee Young, and Camilla Sheppard to name a few. I sure hope they DO make and A-List movie based on the books, but I mean theres only 3 of them. The Gossip Girl books are just now being made into a movie and theres 6 of them.

no, this movie was actually written and directed by my monologue teacher at NYFA. i saw a clip of the movie, and it is about this guy who is an aspiring actor, and ends up getting confused one day for an A list actor (hence the name), and basically gets a career started from the mistake. great cast (my teacher's brother is the main character, and my teacher makes a cameo at the end!), should be a great movie.

I love those books and who ever said their was only 3 books was wrong their are 5. I dont know who would be the perfect cast all I no is that every time I picture dee I picture the girl karen from mean girls. anyone else?

they talk about columbia pictures making the a-list movie in 2008 but I dont know anything else about it.

I can't wait for it though I bet it'll be awesome, these books are awesome

That's awesome if there is going to be a movie based on those books. I love them! I'm currently up to Back in Black, I'm not sure what number that is.

there's actually seven books now. The eighth one is in process. I'm excited for that movie.
