Younger 90's folks; I have a question.

Okay, I was born in late 1990. But I still vivedly remember ALOT of the 90's. Would I be consider "A child of the 90's"? or "A child of the millenium"?

Help me out
Thanx

Probably a child of the Millenium - horrible as that sounds, purely because as far as i know it goes from the time when most of your life affirming memories begin and they would most likely be millenial ones. I was born at the end of the Seventies, but grew up in the eighties, so I consider myself a child of the Eighties, but then I was a teenager in the Nineties, So I could be either. I know that I prefer Eighties and Nineties films to a lot of seventies ones, except for the classics like Taxi Driver, Star Wars etc... but I prefer Nineties music.

Make up your own mind or just dont label yourself I guess.

I was born in '89, and I consider myself a child of the '90s. Although, a lot of stuff from the '80s is very closely connected with my childhood and teenage years thus far. I'm such a throwback, lol.

And that's all I have to say about that.

I was born in 1990 but I concider myself more of a child of the millenium because I only remember things from 1997 and down. Then again, I have pretty bad memory, but that's not the point. Even though I was born in the 90s, I only remember three years of it. Basically, if you are a child of any decade it is going to be the one you remember the most about.

I was born in 91...and I really do remember a lot of things that were going on since i was about 4, since my father used to watch the news with me a lot. I really don't like being called a child of the milenium..since all of my eairly adolescent years and all my childhood were in the 90's. What should i consider myself?

I would say ure a child of the 90's.. cause you were more of a pre-teen/teenager when it got into the millenium...

I was born in 1991. I remember some of the 1990s. I do have a brief few memories of 1995-6 and I remember the macarena. The 90s I remember well would be from the summer of 1997 to 99 commonly referred to as "the late 90s". This era had Aqua, Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, Britney Spears became popular around 98 or 9 and I remember I was in daycare in the summer of 97 and we always went to a water park every day and I remember hearing the song "I Want You" by Savage Garden over and over.

I consider myself to be a 90s kid. I was born in January of '89, and my earliest memories of pop culture things (things that I can put a date to) start in 1993, so that's over half the decade that I remember. I was nearly 11 when the new millennium came.

Ringo: They look a bit old for school.

i think it's however you want to look at it. i was born in june '79. therefore, i remember a lot starting in '82, but was basically still a kid until '97-'98, so i actually consider myself a child of both decades. but i liked the '80's better.
