Chilling last speech to Parliament

The Kings (Robert Carlyle) last speech to Parliament as he describes the method of execution was chilling and well acted,as he goes through each stage of the cruel act and gives the reason why.Have been trying to find a transcript of the speech on Google, without any luck.

Indeed, I liked that speech too. Robert Carlyle's ability to act surprises me more and more. I liked him playing Hitler too, there he also had such speeches. He really is a good actor.

You would not find transcript of the King's speech describing the method of execution as he did not make it. Wikipedia has a long account of the plot from beginning to end and the speech was made in a summing up by someone else and is quoted, at least in part, in the account.
