This never happened - it was all a propaganda show.

I'm writing my thesis about the media coverage of the Gulf War ('91) and the Iraq War (2003), and I have to say it saddens me that so many people apparently don't know all this is all made up.
What really happened: Jessica hit a tree with her car and got wounded, Iraqis found her and brought her to the hospital, where she got best care because she was an American. Then the doctors tried to bring here to the American military basis, but got shooten at, so they brought her back to their hospital. Then, a few hours later, this grand media show was set up and Jessica got 'freed' by those evil Iraqis, just so that viewers at home would believe Iraqis are bad and Americans are good and the war is right. It hurts to see so many people still believe this lie is true... I don't blame you, I blame the American government and military to try and shamelessly deceive everyone and the poor job the media did: they followed like poodles, not questioning a thing, and when the truth came out: not giving a *beep*

No offense to Jessica Lynch though, it wasn't here fault she got the victim of a propaganda lie.

The whole operation was a scam - but im sure Jessica didnt know that. But as all americans, she went along. America is twisted - not Jessica.

Shooten .

She was not driving, and it was not a car.

I must say, I love how you worded that! You made it seem as though she was out on a casual Sunday drive in her home town, hit a tree, Iraqi's magically appeared and spirited her away to some hidden Iraqi hospital, then tried to return her to a military base rather than just a normal hospital.

I mean, you're basically right, but the way you worded it was Oh-so-hilarious.
