Did the wife loose the baby in the end? I know the husband was giving her something to have a miscarriage, but did she end up loosing it? Can't remember.

I believe she did lose the baby. There was a scene where she said to Ty tearfully that 'the baby was gone.' Ty replied he was sorry about the baby, but that 'it was going to be better'.
