I really liked this movie !!!

The villain/scoundrel Faisal (The Colonel) did a fabulous job of acting !!!

And the "fight to the death" between Seagal and Faisal at the end of the movie was sooooooo un-forgetable and soooooooo dramatic !!!!!!!!! Let me explain: The two men start off fighting hand-to-hand, but end up fighting with giant metal swords; after one long and fierce encounter between these two swordmen, both Seagal and Faisal stop the fight to catch their breath, and we see a small red circle of blood on the front of Faisal's white shirt; is this Faisal's blood or Seagal's blood ??? The camera then moves back and forth between Seagal and Faisal as they wait to resume the fight. Each time the camera returns to Faisal, we can see that the spot of red blood on his white shirt is rapidly getting larger and larger; eventually half of his white shirt is soaked in blood; we now know that Faisal has been seriously wounded; Faisal is unable to resume the fight with Seagal; Faisal has been fatally wounded and eventually falls to his knees; next Faisal drops his sword; finally, he falls face-first onto the tile floor and dies with his eyes wide open and his body in a large pool of blood !!!!!!

I loved everythng about this movie, except the un-necessary dubbing of Steven's voice. I would like an explanation of why these people do this. Maybe Steven's voice is too sexy for that of an Outreach worker, and they wanted a more neutral, commercial voice, whatever that might mean. I can think of no other reason.I think he looks cool in his suit.I loved the song at the end, something along the lines of " I want the truth, give me the truth" etc., I think. He always has cool music in his movies though. I think when Faisal dashed for the sword before Steven could arm himself, he caught Steven when Steven tried to grab a sword, just nicking him a little, and that accounts for the little show of blood on Steven's shirt.

I also loved this movie! I just saw it a couple of minutes ago.

I haven't seen the English version yet. I saw it in French last night ("Le Protecteur") and the dubbing was probably even worse! But I love it all the same.

I was chuffed when i saw that a Steven Seagall film was on. I don't think anyone could ever take him seriously but there's something endlessly entertaining in his films, even though (or maybe because?) they're cheesy as hell!

Gawwd Love 'im! Never change, Stevo!

Ofc you liked it, you're the normal people. I liked it too. In fact, they showed it on our local action channel and they haven't shown a seagal flick for a while so this was definetely good for the eyes. Why am I not surprised that everybody liked Faisal (Matt Schultse w/e) because he's blondhaired! I find it so god damn pathethic and annoying.. I mean it's only a hair colour.. everybody knows that the most dominant haircolour and black (like me :D) and brown.. so stfu!

I actually liked it to... Dont understand why people bash this.. The other recent Seagal movies suck i agree, but cmon! This movie had a good story!

I also think this is one of the better of his recent films. Could have more action, but have nice locations and good actors.

I also loved Out Of Reach. This one belongs with Seagal's On Deadly Ground, Fire Down Below, and The Patriot. If not for the voice dubbing, this film would have been a hit. Seagal should re-do all of his lines and film companies should re-release these movies (Attack Force, Out Of Reach, Kill Switch, Driven To Kill and etc.). Other than the dubbing, Out Of Reach is a good movie with a strong message.
