Jawbreaker was better

Mainly for this fact: Courtney is a vastly superior mean girl/queen bee than Regina George. She was legit evil and would have won had it not been for sheer luck on the part fo the protagonist. She also actually accomplishes her plan unlike Regina who turns quite lame at the end and was easily fooled by Lohan's character during the movie.
