when did you realize this was not a documentary?

I had some suspicions, but the videos of the fat husband walking by the car and never seeing that he was being filmed, plus if this was for real I think it would be a lot darker. Creepy movie, but is sucks you in.

I just wonder about how much this really goes on for real.
