Izo is Miike's masterpiece.
He certainly does, and so do you. A masterpiece in every sense of the word!
I remember Izo used to get a lot of stick when I was posting on this forum about 10 years ago, and I felt like one of the few people that thought it was amazing. I was hooked non-stop from start to finish; it felt like every single scene was filmed to perfection, and not just in an 'artsy' way. Even the long singing scene that everybody hated, I loved haha.
