First of all I loved this movie. A lot of people seems to dislike this movie but I think it's the best LDS movie I've ever seen. What I wanted to say was that I loved the guys that portrayed the elders. Especially Rogers and Johnson. Of course I loved Kirby but hey... The way Rogers got over his questioning and the way Johnson collapsed after the "dear john" and then got back into the swing of things. Not to mention that Rogers was ridiculously good looking...and a photographer to boot. Anyone know anything about the actors since IMDB doesn't have mush posted for them.

I agree with everything you said StarlightNova... I too loved this movie, and of all the LDS films I've seen, it really is the best. I think it portrayed the trials that missionaries can go through really well.

I thought every single one of the missionaries was exceptionally handsome, even Kirby, just not exactly in this movie.

"We are now the knights who say---Ekki ekki ekki ekki Ptang! Zoom Boing Z'nourrwringmmm!"

If you listen to the commentary on the DVD you hear them talk about themselves alot. How they are married, all served lds missions, and so on.

I like it more that the movie itself!

Wow. If I somehow got stuck in THAT house on my mission I would have immediately requested a special change. Couldn't stand any of them for the movie's two-hour duration, let alone a few months.

What are you talking about? The characters are great. So are the actors. That whole movie was so great!

I totally agree! It was the BEST LDS movie so far. I hope they keep making good ones like this instead of doing dumb ones like "Baptists at our Barbecue".

Oh man, Baptists at our Barbecue was horrible. It's just like my Branch here, no joke. The Best Two Years is seriously so good. I love how they put in the different characteristics into each character, and they put in all the things that can happen to a missionary. It was so good. I agree, KC Clyde is very good looking. And so is Kirby:)

Baptists at our Barbecue was so stupid and i absolutly LOVED The Best Two Years and i would love to serve a mission like they did but i would have to agree i would have killed Elder Van Pelt he would have annoyed to first five minutes i was there.

I LOVD The Best Two Years. I really enjoyed Baptists at Our BBQ but deffinayly not as much as B2Y. I especially loved Kirby in it.
