Does anyone know if this is out on DVD, and if so, where to find it?

I haven't seen much of the movie yet because it was on so late but I have it
on my PC.
I have no Welsh connections and my only interest in the film was John Cale and
because of the "Music from the Mabinogi" LP by Robin Williamson from 1984,
which is even rarer than this film! But I had an idea that the picture might
have a certain ethereal quality which would appeal to me?
Badly drawn, somebody said. Is it - so what? You could say that about "Ivor
the Engine"! They didn't have a Disney-sized budget.
An obsessive audiophile might pass up a great album because of second-division
sound-quality... unless they're also a true music lover.
A good opportunity to mention Meic Stevens as we are on the subject of great
Welsh legends (cult Folk musician who turned down a lucrative major-label
album deal because he refused to record in English rather than his native
tongue).
