Rewatched and still better than Apocalypse

No contest.

I'm willing to give X-Men Apocalypse a chance. I waited two years and boycotted Captain America Civil War. I've come too far.

You gotta see CW, it's good. The latest X-Men movie is a very average action movie at most.

The Last Stand actually had dialog designed for adults. X-Men:Apoc is really designed for kids under 10, aside from one scene, in terms of dialog. It's really dumbed down in other words. CW is not dumbed down, nor is this.

I watched Apocalypse over the weekend and it was awful. Yes,to me, The Last Stand is way better.

No way. XMA is criminally underrated. I've seen the film many times and certain scenes effect me the same way every time. That's called craftsmanship. That's how Hitchcock's Psycho can still effectively scare the sh!t out of people.

They're about the same to me, though disappointing in very different ways. TLS butchers characters in a good story, and Apocalypse has pretty good characters in a crappy story.
