Pizza in the Movie

Usually when I see pizza in a movie, it looks good and makes me want some. Not so with this movie. You'd think a movie called "Pizza" would feature tasty-looking pizza, but it looked extremely gross and greasy.

Please give them some points for relaying reality - that's the way most pizza is

In reality, I would never eat that pizza.

reply

Nor would I - that includes 97% of what is sold in US for 'pizza' - so it was indeed reality!

reply

no, this pizza looks straight up like *beep* i mean there were no toppings on it just sauce! I've seen better lol

"Me and My Cousin touched weeners"

the quality of the pizza is something else - but as for lack of toppings - that IS the original way to make pizza - toppings as such are an invention of 'late' and in many cases are an abomination - I've even seen French Fries used as a 'topping' - yaaakkkk! But hey - nothing prevents the victory of bad taste - a prime example in the field of pizza: Domino's.

I am actually seeing some pepperoni on that pizza or is that not considered a topping?

I think the best title that would suit this movie the most would be, "The Day I Turned 18.." or "The Best Day of My Life" since that was the main story line with Cara and Matt.

I can see why "Pizza" was used as the title though.. both Cara and Matt were consuming their lives.. their bad days with pizza, which can become a habit. But, I agree with the pizza not looking that great either. lol
