Your use of all caps and exclamation points is giving way too much inflection to the dull, monotonous dubbed voice. Perhaps the worst scene of any movie ever made.

I have been wracking my brain trying to remember where I've heard that voice before (from the English language dub) and I think I've placed it. It's Len Carlson. Or somebody who sounds just like him.
