John Malkovich and Jim Davidson - together at last!

I know this has had mixed reviews, but surely it's worth seeing for the once in a lifetime combination of the above two thespians. When is this long-delayed film (which after all is set in the UK) actually coming out in the UK, if ever? Anyone?

Sadly, never.. It's a straight to DVD, But you can already get it on Netflix .
Now, we have to seek out the interesting films that may never get theatrical release...

Love the scene where the kid catches him with his big whoops, "Stanley Kramer". "Oh dear, looks like you've got your Stanleys in a twist"...brilliant!

Much as I normally loathe the very idea of Jim Davidson, I thought he was excellent in this film, and his entrance with a song was stunningly bizarre. I had to carry out a quick reality check to believe it was really him, LOL

Jim Davidson actually met Alan Conway and initially fell for his "Kubrick" act, so casting Davidson as one of Conway's marks was a great call.
