Just watched this a second time and saw that Ken Russell played the looney spoon feeding a rag doll in the ward with a strip of masking tape with "K Russell" written in black marker on his headboard. Excellent-

I almost fell over laughing when Ken Russell threw his "I'm Stanley Kubrick" tantrum, complete with flying pablum.
