Has the Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote ever made a cameo in this show? I noticed other Looney Tunes characters have appeared in some episodes (i.e. Elmer Fudd and Witch Hazel), but have those two appeared in "Duck Dodgers"?

Wile E. Coyote, yes. Road Runner, no (or at least not that I am aware of).
Wile E. appeared in one of those K-9 based episodes, trying to hunt X-2/Marvin. You couldn't tell it was Wile E. until the end, because he was wearing this Predator-like outfit. It wasn't till the end after getting bashed around, that he takes his helmet off revealing Wile E.

I don't think the Road Runner could appear he isn't as versitile as Wile E. Coyote. RR just runs around in the Southwest American Desert.
