What'd He Just Say?!

My brother and i were flipping channels at my apartment, and we stopped at Duck Dodgers for two seconds. it was the episode that starts with Daffy asking Porky to get a pet. They go over to a moniter with Daffy talking about the possibility of a low matianace pet. One appears on the screen and Daf explains- "It doesn't eat, sleep, ????, cry, or poop!"

We rewatched it over and over and over and we were pretty convenced that he says- "it doesn't eat, sleep, *beep* cry, or poop!"

it's not that big of a deal, but it's just been on my mind...wondering what he really said or if we were hearing it right.

Would anyone know what episode i'm talking about and can ease my curiousities.

I thought that too! I only saw it the other day. But why would he say "#$% and also say poop, when they mean the same thing?

Maybe he said sit. He does have a Grinch-like thing, putting h's after his s's.

I thought he said *beep* too. I think he said shed. Doesn't eat, shed, poop, etc.

Heh, why would sitting be a bad thing?

Yeah, shed was what a friend suggested the other day- makes so much sense!

Yeah. I saw it today too. He does say shed. Though the two words are pretty similar.

I watched it over and over and over again. Shed makes sense, but he totally says *beep*

In another episode, X-2 (Marvin) goes golfing, and imagines the golf ball as Dodgers (Daffy), who promptly (and appearently) says, "mmm, nice hat you stupid f_uck!"

I'm currently translating the series for dutch dubbing.
They send me the original scripts to work from and he says 'shed', it does sound like the other word though, I'm surprised they let it in.
