It is just an opinion I guess I just wasn't expecting it to be what it turned out to be.I have never read the book and was expecting it to be more along the lines of a fear and loathing 2 which had me extremely pumped up.

Not a fan of Depp, either. The only really entertaining performance here is by Jenkins, who can do no wrong as far as I'm concerned.

His performance is perfectly off-kilter. Most of the others either overplay to distraction (Ribisi, Rispoli) or look lost (Depp, Heard).
