shareThis came out July 1, 2005. BNB came out July 22, 2005.
So, a movie that came out 21 days before BNB is a rip-ff of it? Right...
JACK: Never let go, Rose
(she sneezes and drops him.)
ROSE: (after a pause) Oops.
Actually "Bad News Bears" isnt an original film! Its a remake of a 1976 flick! How old are you?
11?!?
Actually I'm 15. Even so, not everyone is aware of what is and is not a remake these days.
Chill out.
Ya old fart.

Yeah it shows you that generally sports comedies or sports films generally use the same formula where they take a losing team, and then they make them a winning team but adding on better players, I don't know if the two recruits that he came up was really better then the rest of the players. But sports movies that have followed this same formula include Kicking and Screaming, Better News Bears, The Mighty Ducks, and the Big Green. I can't think of any other sports movies using the same formula, but the only difference is that each of the movies I named use different sports. The only two movies that the sport is the same that I have named is Kicking and Screaming and The Big Green. And they both came out 10 or close to 10 years apart.
