Ridiculous plot and Craig very unsympathetic

fascinating how people get hugely divergent impressions from a film. i thought craig was quite sympathetic. as for the plot, it was brilliant. but i admit the presentation of it in the film is difficult to divine at first glance; it helps to have read the book, or take multiple viewings, or both.

and yes craig is shit actor. can not believe he bond. he make timothy dalton look like charlton hestan.

Craig's early roles were great because he WASN'T a sympathetic character. He's a cold-blooded killer, which is why he worked so well for the initial two Bond installments, where we knew that was what he was, but still had to find some way to sympathize with him regardless.
