Too much shouting

Endless scenes of men sitting on couches and having hissy fits, or shouting down the phone in hissy fits. Is this how the maffia manage their operations? Shouting matches where the loudest, crudest one wins? Then, every so often, we get to see some gore and torture set to music. Nice. I wanted to throw bottles and bottles of chill pills at this movie.
