CAN BEING DRUNK make you do things way out of your character

I don;t drink but it is likely that a man will kiss another man when drunk ?

Drunk mind speaks a sober heart. Ha, so I guess I'd say it's my opinion that it's unlikely for a typically straight man or woman to initiate a kiss with someone of the same sex while drunk unless they'd consider the same thing while sober.

Sometimes I've been really really falling down, can't form sentences drunk and have still had a clear mind. And I may do something that maybe I wouldn't normally do (that's why it's called liquid courage). That's why I don't get why people say "Oh I was drunk I didn't know what I was doing", obviously something inside you wanted to do it and that's why you did it.

I was born when she kissed me. I died when she left me. I lived a few weeks while she loved me.

speaking from experience, yes..and i´m not gay..actually it was a friend who kissed me but i didn´t pull away..i mean he´s my friend and he´s not gay either..i have no good explanation as to why it happened it just did..and it´s something i wouldn´t do sober..and there was no tounge or anything, just a peck..i guess it was some kind of act of friendship or liking or something, i don´t put too much into it..didn´t really remember it either until i saw this topic..

oh and another thing is that i´m rather shy normally, but when drunk i have been known to just walk up to women and kiss them..i´d say that´s somewhat out of my character..

Alcohol lowers inhibitions; it doesn't change your character or who you are. The guy where you work who is married with two kids is the gay guy where you work who is married with two kids.

Drunk mind doesn't necessarily speak a sober heart but yes, alcohol can allow you to act out of character.

Apparently, it wasn't out of character. It was just hidden away. Like when they say 'character is how you act when no one is watching'...
The human brain is way too complex for simple answers. And alcohol lowers inhibitions.
