Who narrates the US Version?

I just got hooked on this recently on Spike TV in the US. I love Craig Charles and Red Dwarf...does anyone know if his narrated version of TC is shown in the US? It sounds like two different guys doing commentary.

try doing a search for Takeshi's Castle on google, there are a few good sites out there, and quite a few give info about the US version, and yeah, it is another guy.
