So 'Kenny' wasn't always the co-host

I'm more familiar with MXC, but I have the first three DVD releases, and they come with TAKESHI CASTLE episodes. I'm watching episode 1 in the Volume 3 set. The young co-host isn't with the Vic character. I didn't see the Guy Ledouche interviewer either.
