what do most of the contestants say before each task?

Most of the crazy 100 stop and say something before they attempt a game. There is one phrase that is hugely popular. I haven't a clue what they're saying except the it sounds like "can berry mass". Does anyone speak Japanese and know what they're saying?

Also before the rice bowl downhill game the emerald guard chant something and the sucker responds. Does anyone know what they are saying?

It's "Ganbare masu" you are hearing which is like "I will do my best". A lot of them say that or just "Ganbare" on it's own.
