it says this episode was made in 06? any truth behing it? I've never seen it, and any help would be appricated

It is not included on the complete series DVD.

Of course it wasn't in the set. This spisode came out in '06 while the set came out in '04. This is the first time I've heard a reference to a 12th episode.
