I hate those phony phone calls to the office
They've started doing those silly phone conversations (like "American Pickers") where they show both sides of an obviously staged conversation.
Seems too hokey for this show.
I agree, this show seems to be getting "cable-ized" if that makes sense. I first noticed that phone thing last season I think. I don't remember that in past seasons. They also seem to be worming in the appraisal value of certain items. Presumably to compete with all those *beep* History/A&E channel shows. The reason I like it is because it's not like cable reality shows.
And what's with this episode run? They've only aired five. Kind of sad, this was my favorite show.
