Bianca and the secret house

I just saw the movie, and understood all the symbolism, or most.
I just went through the comments here, and didn't see anything on the subject of Bianca and where she went at night.
Iris sees her with someone with a syringe, and the person (don't know the gender) says something like "Don't resist" in a whisper.
Anyone know what that's about?

It wasn't Bianca who was there. The girls went through the grandfather clock and Iris didn't see that. I think that person in the room was one of the older women... but I'm not sure.

I agree. It was obvious that person sitting on the bed was an elderly lady. We can only guess why she was getting the injection.

I also think it was one of the old women... on her death bed, she appeared to be elderly and the 'care giver' appeared to be male. It could have been a shot of morphine to deal with pain from cancer, etc. Or the injection could have been a sedative to keep the old woman from yelling out in pain so as not to spook the girls or speak out about the secrets of the school's purpose.
