... the baby looked white to me. Shouldn't he have been a light-skinned black? I was surprised, considering how detailed the use of colors in this movie was.

Tons of half white/half black children are fair.

Your TV was messed up---that cute little baby definitely looked black to me. All biracial children don't come out looking light-skinned at birth, just so you know.
