David O'Hara

He's got a new film out called Attack on Darfur. It's a realistic depiction of what's going on in the region and O'Hara puts up another stellar performance in it like he did in Tristan + Isolde. He really effectively carries the emotional weight for the viewer, for the people who can't identify with what's really going on over there. It's a really important and relevant film.

I thought he was HOT in this film. I love his voice. I recognized it from The Tudors.

He was in a film on similar matter - Hotel Rwanda.

Dave, this conversation can serve no purpose anymore. Goodbye.

To the OP: Thanks! I LOVE him! I've been a big fan of his since Braveheart. And he was awesome in the Tudors (totally stole all of his scenes).

He was great in The Tudors. One of my favorite characters and definitely one of those actors that just totally outshines everyone else onscreen.

reply

oh I agree. And yes what a sexy voice he has.

It amazes me that handsome men like Henry Cavill and Franco can be outshone by an older, plainer but sexier man.

reply

He was great in Scorcese's The Departed, too.

It's called charisma!!

Henry Cavill is pretty nice too. But loved David O'Hara role in The Tudors. It really suited him somehow. He made King Henry look like such a a....hole.

Does he get a lot of screen time in this one? He would be my only reason for watching it.

Is he Isolde's father..? I thought he was pretty scary , evil. The actor did an excellent job playing the character.
