release date says 2007 but some reviews are from ten years ago 2003 anyone help

I can't remember, but I do remember waiting for years for it to come out. I doubted if it would ever get released.

The directors IMDb says he made this film when he was 19, and his Wiki says he is now 30 years old (as of 2013), so in guessing 2003 would sound more like it than 2007
